Our 1:1 Individual Training sessions are designed to give players focused, personalised coaching to accelerate skill development and on-court confidence. Sessions are tailored to the player’s position, ability, and specific goals, providing hands-on guidance in a high-performance training environment. Training is available with:

Personalized Strength & Conditioning


ESB Academy also offers personalised strength and conditioning programmes with Coach Stan, aimed at improving athletic performance, strength, and injury prevention. Programmes are structured to support basketball-specific physical development. Players may choose between 2 options:


Option 1:  An 8-week gym programme at R1,500 which includes two compulsory gym sessions per week

Option 2:  Individual gym sessions at R300 per session.

Shooting Machines

ESB Academy offers access to professional basketball shooting machines designed to help players improve shooting accuracy, consistency, and repetition in a structured training environment. Ideal for individual workouts or supplementary training, these machines allow players to maximise high-quality shot volume in a focused, efficient session.


Our shooting machines available for hourly rental on-site at R300 p/h include the Dr Dish CT+ Shooting Machine and the Dr Dish Rebel+ Shooting Machine. Sessions can be booked per hour, subject to availability. Please use the WhatsApp button to enquire and secure your booking.
